DVD Replication (Glass Mastered)

Glass Mastered DVDs are the preferred choice for runs of 500 or more. The term Glass Master comes from the process where your or data is converted to digital information on the surface of optically perfect glass plates from which stampers are produced to press the final DVD.

Initial set-up costs are higher but once in production economies of scale take over and along with the automated packing process make larger runs much more cost effective.

There are so many possible packaging variants that we find it best to quote on each individual job - we also find that when we talk to people about their specific needs we can, in most cases, make suggestions that help to keep costs to a minimum.
